Purchased Hyperdrive bundle and didn't recieve anything

Hi, i recently purchased the hyperdrive bundle through the webstore and got a purchase confirmation through email but didn't recieve the bundle afterwards. My ally code is 843-335-257

    Well this is nice. I put in an in game ticket with EA help and after they asked for my ally code, they deleted my conversation. So, trying again. I have a pending charge on my credit card and the bundle still shows up in the store.
