Purchased on web store, didn’t receive any coaxium to climb coaxium heist

As mentioned above, I actually tried to cancel the transaction but somehow still charged and processed

which is fine, but I didn’t receive any of the coaxium for the heist on web store?

any assistance possible with this issue?
