Purchased Premium Ally Bundle for guild member, didn't receive it

As the title says, he didn't receive it. He sent me a bundle, so I tried to send one back and he never received it. I checked my credit card statement and was charged for the transaction. There was a connection issue at the time, and I believed I received it instead. I don't know how that's possible... either way, I sent him another one and it went through fine. How do I get a refund for the other one?
