Purchased SEE lightspeed bundle, payment taken items not granted

Good morning,

purchased the SEE 39.99 bundle via PayPal, got a message saying payment process issue however the money was taken and now it’s stuck in processing on my order history on my EA account. Haven’t received a single thing and Ingame support has not been helpful

any chance I could get the items credited to my account please?
