Star Killer Bundle issue

I bought the StarKiller bundle a few minutes ago in the webshop.

But got crystals instead of characters. I don‘t want crystals. I will have the bundle.  So please give me the charcters I paid for!

Update: I want to have this bundle. Take away the crystals and send me the characters as soon as possible. I don‘t care about your problems after last update. This is not my problem and my fault. So please send me the characters for playing Star Killer journey.
