Every screen associated with Paz Viszla shows that if I applied the Tank LST I would explicitly get Ability Level 7 for his ability Legacy of House Viszla. The only reason I purchased this LST was because of this. When activated he only upgraded to Level 6. It explicitly states in multiple locations I would get Level 7.

Is this an issue that should be submitted to EBGA? I know they have very specific rules about how certain deliverables can be presented.
Well it does state this does not include Zetas. However, there seems to be some confusion by others that have bought it. It's very clear in the Webstore. However, in the in game client you need to scroll to where it's stated. It's not altogether clear that you need to do this.
It is just odd to clearly and explicitly show that an ability will get an upgraded to Level 7, have zero warnings or apostrophes on all the pages advertising what it does, and hide a short sentence you have to scroll to, below where it also repeats you'll get Level 7, that says unless it requires zeta or Omicron materials on the final payment page.
Definitely feels like false advertisment, and I feel like there have got to be laws against advertising it will do one thing, and then have small fine print at the final step saying it actually won't.
