Summarize your bug During the smugglers run event, Qira was not being healed by L3 when L3 used her special Spark of Hope.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the deadly (G12) tier. Use Qira lead and L3. When Qira's health is down, use L3's special Spark of Hope (which should heal all scoundrel allies.) Qira's health was not effected.

Qira is 7star G10. L3 is 7star G12. maxed abilities, except zetas.

Did you only notice this in the Smuggler's Run event or elsewhere too? We've tested this today and the ability was working as intended.
