QOL Patch bricks game

Summarize your bug Gameplay/ Missing Rewards/ Apparent Network Issues. Update was a total brickjob sry to say of a QoL patch. I take it rollback is not an option without lost data and progression? -Please note I have followed all your suggested instruction, reinstall, clear cache etc Problems present are many -Constant game freezes with circle spinning in upper left like network dropped yet I am on a stable gigabit wifi connection. Other apps indicate no loss in connection. This has happened 10+ time, if raiding just tanks your team. Brutal -Received the "update 3 days ago" Simmed my cantina energy nodes for wedge, went from 77 to 82. Upon logging in today I'm hit with this update again like its some kind of hotfix and low and behold shards are gone. Please compensate lost shards, we are not talking massive amounts just daily sims for cantina and reg energy. -Your settings are not maintaining persistency over the course of closing out the apllication. Filters constantly reset to all all, cantina node cannot remember what node i last simmed. - Am receiving a full update of 138mb assets EVERY TIME i start the game even after reinstall. Unless you're deploying a hot fix client site why am I getting these constantly. This is probably why i have no persistence in game memory Hot mess

Don't believe screens are needed unless you are doubting aspects of this report, plz know I am coming from a BSc background with mobile dev experience.  EA is not synonymous with quality gaming intergrity and you have to earn that back if you want customers to purchase your games/spend in F2p.  BF2 was the last straw for me, my customer experiences with you the last couple years have been abysymal.  Please let me know if you require addiotional details

  • On top of all that for me, not only has the game downloaded over 500mb so far in the last two days, the game botched up and removed my participation in a heroic tank raid, which my guild completed. I got nothing, and I'm still working on GK. This has been an utter disaster.
