Quests reset after buying Hyper bundle

Summarize your bug I have been playing for almost 2 years. After purchasing the Hyper bundle many/all of my 1 time quests were reset. I am receiving the rewards again as I complete them. I set occurrence at 109% because it can only happen once. You cannot purchase it again.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Buy the hyoerspace bundle, collect it, and click through all of the screens?

Some examples of quests I completed long ago but available again.
I believe those quests are only started if/when you buy the hyperdrive bundle - they haven’t been restarted, but they’re a completely new quest line. If you look at the quest title in the top left, the quest names all start with Hyperdrive. Think of them as a guide meant for players who are just boosting to level 85, along with some bonus items for completing them.
