R2-D2 LSB was purchased but not received
In IMG 4546 it shows the order information/confirmation, but In IMG 4547 it shows that I did not receive the characters, if I can get some help that would be much appreciated.

Having this exact same issue! I purchased the R2 and Hoth LSBs through the web store last night and they are not in my inbox and still available on the web store despite my account being charged for the LSBs
