R2 Lightspeed bundle issue

I attempted to buy the R2 lightspeed bundle from the online webstore (rather than in-game).  After purchasing, I went back to login on mobile, the game had an issue and needed to reload.  When I went to my inbox to accept my rewards, it was only 2800 crystals and 2000 coaxium.  I DID NOT receive the lightspeed bundle rewards, and I am no longer able to purchase the bundle.  So not only did I miss out on my lightspeed bundle that I wanted to purchase, but I got "reimbursed" with crystals that I never even wanted to buy.  I understand it's "equivalent" but I did not want the crystals.  I just want the R2 Lightspeed bundle.
