Can't battle in any journey, also ship loop

New account and I have met the requirements for various journey's. The battle button is clickable, makes the sound, but the battle doesn't launch. It happens on both my Android as well as in the PC Client. I do not have this issue on my main account, which uses the same two devices. I have tried the following:

• Restarted device
• Uninstalled / reinstalled
• Delete storage / cache (mobile)
• Logged out and back in
• Unlinked and relinked account
• Delete Google Play account data for SWGOH

I am also affected by the ship loop issue, but I am working around it by having enough ships favourited that Endurance is not visible.
