R2D2 LSB Ooops... Something went wrong

Hello, I tried to buy the R2 LSB and there was a timeout issue during purchased.  Trying to click on it since then, I get an error, Oops... Something went wrong., then the LSB is no longer clickable anywhere for 15-30 mins.  This has been going on since last Sunday.  I input a ticket on Sunday (I think anyway) and I haven't heard anything back and I still can't buy the LSB.  Why won't EA let me give them money!!!
