I have the exact same issue. Bought the Raddus pack, was charged, got a confirmation email, but received nothing. I posted on the forum and have heard no response. I’m considering doing a chargeback with my credit card company because it’s been multiple days and EA support doesn’t seem to care, but I know that they might permaban for doing a chargeback, however what else are we supposed to do if they do nothing.
Also I didn’t even receive an error message or offer of crystals, so basically had my money stolen.
