Raid problem, both rancor & aat (normal)

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug okay, i click everytime bc it just happen twice consecutively. 1st case: normal AAT Raid, when i on my 4th attempt/team, i did make a lot of damage but forget how much, around more than 10% on phase 2. when tank got enrage, it just thrawn left behind, but instead of dead and continue to view score, Thrawn just got stuck with his legs left on screen, then i restart i lost my point form that team and also the team confirmed dead. 2nd case: normal Rancor Raid tier VI, i usually play it solo, and did damage around 13 million, but this time, after an hour 10 minutes or so, when i drop my final blow on phase 4, it is said the raid no longer active? what?? excuse me?? and ended up as #39 position?? please EA, give me some treat for having this issues consecutively, it stressed me out to the bone! thanks
