His AoE can't be evaded, so this appears to be WAI.

- @crzydroid I was under the impression that missing was a new mechanic and not another name for evasion. Do we have CG's official word on this?
I suppose we could wait for them to say something, but I guess I absolutely understood it as evasion. It's just the opposite of foresight, where it's the attacker who misses and not the target who dodges.
On the swgoh.gg mechanics for blind, it says modify evasion negate by -999900%.
The in game description just labels it as "Miss the next attack"
