Purchased the Zeta Reserve Cache and received crystals instead. Message said that I went over purchase limit despite it being the first time.
I do not want the crystals. Please fix or refund.

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, the support is unable to tell when the cooldown resets, even if it resets.
I finally got my zetas after three tickets and 8 hours of chatting.
How do you even raise a ticket? I tried help via the in-game options but all I get is an infinite loop with potentially the most stupid ai chatbot on the planet.
Sometimes, you have a support guy who understand the porblem, but yes, most of the time it's or a bot or a guy who tells you to try the recover button.
