Re: Buying in-game packs issue

Payment services are related to Google Play or Apple store services. You need to contact Google Play support and ask them why your payments are blocked. Additionally, I recommend you to reach out to your bank.

  • My payments are not blocked and I already contacted google support and my bank. everything is in order.

    Prices in your game should not be declared in HRK for my country because that currency doesn't exist any more.

    If Google is setting currency for your ingame packs, then I apologize and will contact google again but don't see a solution with them because I already talked with them and they checked my account. All their Playstore prices are already in new currency, just your ingame aren't

  • I checked now in another game and they have prices set in Euro that is fine, but swgoh has them still in HRK

    Will double-check with the team. Another question regards the currency. Is Croatian Kuna also displayed in the SWGoH webstore or are you not using it? 

  • I'm using a different email for the webstore and it displays USD and did 2 purchases today normally but ingame packs for shards is what I want :D

  • BTW, I tried clearing playstore services and playstore app data and tested on 2 devices and it still shows the same
