Re: Cannot Gift To Specific Players

My account is level 85, and I only bought SLKR LS bundle previously. They tried gifting Raddus LS pack to me, but was unable to do it (I don't have Raddus ship unlocked even, and most of ships in the pack are are not unlocked yet in my account).

Other players that tried gifting me were also 85 level, not sure if they bought any LS bundle for themselves in the past, but should it matter? I also personally tried creating a new account, and joining our guild to see if I can gift myself, I was still not able to gift myself none of the LS bundles. The whole thing seems like broken pretty bad.

Also, are there any plans to compensate the situation if the issue gets fixed after LS bundle timers are finished? (After 5 days, they'll be removed from the gift store)

Yes, my account currently holds all those requirements for someone to gift me LS bundles. I guess I'll wait team to fix the issue then, thank you anyways..

@EA_Gunner Thats great that they are looking into it however the bundles are only going to be available for 6 more days.  Are they going to extend this window since this is bugged and not allowing people to use it?

why all the hoops though.  You basically are refusing to take peoples money with this.  You have people that want to buy these packs but because they can't buy them for themselves you are refusing to take money.  That doesn't make any business sense.  I want to buy your pack I want to give you money but instead I can't because you have locked these packs behind this new broken gifting system.  Why no make these packs available outside of the gifting system as well so that people that want to spend money and buy the packs for themselves can do so.

I am also having this issue, never bought the raddus back but ineligible to gift, and now my guild are all gift swapping and I’m over her in the dust. Doesn’t make sense why we can’t just purchase for ourselves

Well, I agree. As guild, we just gave up on hopes for those LS bundles, lots of people were up to trade LS bundles they needed as gifts, but no one is able to buy them because of that "ineligible bug", lmao. We'll just move on and keep our money to ourselves to stay on the safe side. I also heard there are lots of people didn't get anything after being bought a gift. That's totally nuts.

I am having the same issue, is it the fix getting any time soon, or the lightspeed bundles will go out of the store before that.

And if they do, with can we address this question soo we can get the bundles?
