Error Code 9.0

I’m getting the same message, tried redownloading app and everything still getting it 

Getting same here. Nothing working whatever I try

Getting that error code for over 3 hours now

If I log in as a guest the game starts so I assume it's something to do with my Google Play account. Pointless though as until I can log in then there's no point playing
