Hi, @EA_Gunner! This is not a solution. There are more players with this bug and you wouldn’t help me because I posted this more than a half ago and you ignored this? This is unacceptable.

Also notice that the only thing you guys did is double-checking with your logs how many tickets I got (3 WEEKS AFTER I POSTED MY FIRST THREAT) and you didn’t check deeply the core of the bug.

I was already aware that, for some reason, there was a discrepancy between your logs and my screen, that’s why I posted, so you guys didn’t give me more information that I already knew!

I’m feeling robbed, this is so unfair. You have players in 2nd and 3rd GC rounds happening the same and you are not helping them either.

Where can I state a formal complain?
