    There doesn't seem to be a case number i'm still in help chat was talking to an Ankit and now Gautam. I'll attach the purchases though if that help's from my EA Account

    Yeah it seems when you use the Chat is doesn't create a Case number i've also just attached a screenshot of the chat (to prove i was talking to people)

    Actually one last thing @EA_Gunner even on my iphone it looks like there's trouble applying the conquest pass (after the initial error happened with the PC Client). I attached a photo, my account might be corrupted for applying conquest (cause I did successfully make other store purchases).

    @EA_Gunner  Yeah, I hope you guys can find the bug, i'll let your team work there magic! Hopefully there's a way to maybe flush the purchase cache or something (or if I have to wait for a patch I will)! I'll wait in here to see. You have permission to use my account if you need to run some tests to help.

  • I'm having the same issue.  I've been charged 2 times so far with no pass received.
