Lost Account

I have a main account that I play on my phone connected through Google play. I have a 2nd alt account I play on iOS. I tried to transfer the iOS account to my computer on BlueStacks but didn't realize I was logged into my Google play account. Now whenever I log into my phone it logs into the 2nd account and anytime I try to get my main account logged back in through my EA account it gives me an error code either 9. 9.0 or 9.8

Is it possible for my old account to be restored. It is ally code 921396825
