@ChristophIV thank you for the reply. Then what is the EA in game “help” for? And why did that help send us to this forum?
why didn’t @EA_Gunner ever say that to us and kept us waiting for an answer? Or anyone else that is a moderator. Why did it take you a volunteer, what is this games help coming to? I know for a fact EA has helped me get things the game hasn’t given due to a glitch, bug, or error.
It is so frustrating!
Can @EA_HighCommand or someone verify I’m in the wrong place looking for assistance with getting something I paid for? If this is correct then there are a lot of posts stating otherwise. Where help is given to those who didn’t get what they paid for.
