Still waiting on a solve from 5 days ago.

I purchased a 20 dollar crystal cache from the webstore on Thursday morning at 8 a.m. est time. The charge is still pending, and I haven't heard anything from support, and no crystals or progress on the parsec.  Can I please get a fix? mailto:[edit: email address removed]
