This bug has not been completely fixed. If Darth Nihilus is in the mix under a Bossk lead, his "Lord of Hunger" zeta unique applies debuffs at the "start of each enemy turn". These debuffs are not healing Bounty Hunters per Bossk's leader ability. I made a video:
Notice how Vader's AoE debuffs heal all Bounty Hunters and also Boba's AoE debuffs heal all bounty hunters. However, when the enemies take turns, they receive the "health down" debuff from Darth Nihilus's "Lord of Hunger" ability, but the Bounty Hunters are not healed.
