We have tested the "Leader's Resolve" and "Vitality" data disks and they are functioning correctly.
The team are aware of and working on the "Entrenched" data disk not working correctly.
I'm having the same problem. I've spent a bunch of crystals on energy and am at the cusp of the max reward crate. I just need to be able to beat SLKR and his feats, and without Entrenched that is going to be iffy if not impossible. I hope CG fixes this ASAP (ideally today), and if they don't I would hope they would reimburse us for our crystals spent and compensate us for the rewards we missed out on due to this bug.

I am also affected by this bug with two blue "entrenched" disks equipped and I am very close to the red box rewards. If not fixed by tomorrow, my only option will be to use precious currency to remove the now useless disks and replace them with one green "vitality", not helping for the feasts against SLKR...
If it’s useful to get more reports, I am also having a problem with the Entrenched data disks not working. Thank you for trying to fix it.
I do not believe leader's resolve discs are functioning properly. I currently have 3 of them stacked for 68% bonus speed (if they don't stack with each other) so my Rey at 100% stamina should have over 800 speed yet SLKR still goes first? Rey should also have 232% max health (of they don't stack with each other), for a total health pool of 571k which should give lifeblood bonus protection of 142K bonus protection, but a single 100K hit from SLKR is taking the toon into the yellow.
I'm also not seeing any Damage over Time effect from Caustic Emissions either.
Mistakes happen, even if such severe ones should be precluded before pushing the update. However I am really sad that no official dev statement has been published. Since there are not so many days left to complete conquest, time is a valuable resource. If energy is full, you have to waste it. If you do fights without datatisk effects, you may lose stars or whole battles. Makes it harder to earn code cards. And what is most critical, if you wait with fighting until energy has recovered and a hotfix has been pushed (hopefully!), you will have troubles with ceasing stamina of your teams. I planned my feats by fighting bit by bit and letting both, energy and stamina recover.
In replying to the EA response that they are working....they most certainly are not.
i receive no bonus protection. I use x3 of these disks and they worked perfectly prior to the update.
this bug will have a meaningful impact on my ability to complete the conquest and receive maximum rewards.
please fix and/or compensate as appropriate.

Per your comment regarding the leader's resolve. My experience has been that it is no longer working as it should. This is turn 1, sector 5 hard node, full stamina. JKR should've gone first. This triggered savior as well, so they went first, took a ton of turns, fed TM, then killed yoda, and this is after all of that occurred.
I checked the node boosts, it is just the the standard sector 5 boost. I can't view the raw speed data, so I am going to go ahead and say "it's working", but it really feels like it definitely isn't.
