I've reset the password correctly once the EA support send me reseting link - my account was blocked and I was unable to log in or change password. Now problem is temporarily solved.
Nevertheless, for 3 days I did not get daily rewards, lost energy, missed GA, TW, conquest and daily events. And it is due not only to the bug, but also to lack of respond from EA for these 3 days. What compensation are you going to provide?
