We have checked your account and we do not have any record of you making an attempt of Tier 3 of the Sith Eternal Emperor event. We can see that you have attempted Tier 1 twice and Tier 2 once and won in each Tier once. This leaves you with 35 Sith Eternal Emperor shards.

You can reach out to our support as they may be able to help you. We will be unable to refund any Dark Side tickets used, sorry.
