Re: Frequent Crashes

This still happening. I'm talking at least once per phase in tb. Consistently. I mean, I can't count on it.

imthink it may be related to hoda. I watch again tomorrow.

    Hi @Mogilnin

    In instances where you are experiencing a either a freeze or crash could I ask that you firstly always have a  keep of your Player ID or Ally Code - then force-close (Unfortunately not with the force, but system force) and restart the game, restart your device, or uninstall and reinstall the game.

    If after the above you are still experiencing your crashing, could you let us know what device you are running STAR WARS™: Galaxy of Heroes (SWGOH) and your devices latest operating system.

  • Okay, so I did the restart and then deleted the app and reinstalled. Now matters are worse! When I start the app it says there is a client update. When I click on that it brings me to the App Store where I'm suppose to get the update but there isn't one and the button just says open. When I do that it goes back to the game but just hangs on the "checking for updates" loading screen.

    This is on my IPad running 10.3.3. 

  • On Friday I tried everything on that iOS guide and as of this morning the app still wasn't working but just now i deleted the app and reinstalled and it's working again. 

    That having been said, I still don't know if the app will crash during tw battles. I guess we will find out today.
