Re: Game crashes intermittently after new release

Daily crash report according to schedule, today 💩x only. It is still one more than would be acceptable‼️

Happened twice today *.  💩💩

so its not just in me or some of my guildies, and CG says theres nothing wrong. some of my guildmates are using some high end phones and still happens. 

i had twice lost event tickets on a GL chase. not cool at all, and specially the answer given when this is a show blocker. 

Any attempts at catching the eyes of the devs over in the forum are shut down with force from the devs.  We all should be posting over there if that is the only way to get their attention.  How can this be swept under the rug? I’m not spending a dime unless this is fixed and most likely quitting after TB since CG seems to wave their middle finger at us.  There is NOTHING in the dev tracker on Trello about this bug.  They aren’t even investigating it according to the board.  Do we need a 1,000 posts on here before they respond in an official capacity?

Seems these posts on the official game forums are being archived shortly after they go up. I don't understand why. Just address the issue already!

Pretty much any response from @CG_MindTricks or @EA_UltraSlide would be greatly appreciated.. especially since the issue has yet to appear on the dev tracker despite being acknowledged weeks ago.

On the weekend crashed many times, 6-8 x 💩💩💩💩💩💩💩💩.

What's the status on this?  I'm still getting multiple crashes a day - previously report in this forum multiple times.

I lost crystals today (again) with a game crash while climbing in arena - has happened multiple times - I would hope there will be significant compensation for those affected by all of this both for: 1) the incredible inconvenience and frustration this is causing/has caused, and 2) the lost crystals/rewards for missed battles (has happened in arena, GAC, TB, Raids (I think), etc. - all areas of the game where this affected the rewards received).

Would have been much better if this issue were actually added to the Dev Tracker though.  This issue is so widespread, that I doubt that there will be any compensation to specific players who reported this issue has impacted them.  Might just be me losing faith though.

Thanks for the update CG.  The game crashed again this evening for me.  Fingers crossed that the title updates with fixes comes sooner rather then later.  

I confirm that since several weeks I have regular crashes of the application, losing GA fights (and GA as well), TB fights (bad for the guild) ... This is really annoying !

Ok, that didn’t take long. I just had my first (well actually my x hundredth in total) random crash since this newest title update on April 15th, 2021. Notice I put the year in the date so we can keep track of just how long CG takes to fix this.
