@AlkiVII Depending on how you file a ticket, some are automatically logged and then marked as resolved, without ever requiring human intervention. Bug reports are this way.

Customer Service can only refund in game items, they cannot (to my knowledge) refund money. For that, you need to go through iTunes or Google.
