Profundity LSB issue

As a lot of others, I also purchased the Profundity LSB only to have gems get sent into my account instead. I only bought the 30$ version as well so it's not like I made multiple purchases or something. Please either refund my purchase or send the rewards. I do not care about gems at this moment in time. (I do not want to leak my card details so please reach out on support in game)
