I just tried logging in via google play on another device, and it worked. I logged off on that device and then tried from the phone again, and it still doesnt work on the phone (which is where I always play). So must be something to do with the phone. I can't remember when updates take place - all the time!
There must be a cache or something that I need to clear.. anyone any ideas? CG?
ok. I should have mentioned the other device where it worked was a pixelbook - so maybe the system is a bit different than on an android phone. Which device did you try on?
I just tried uninstalling Google play games app. That didn't work.
I did try logging in to another game via Google games, and Pokémon go did work. It only seems to be swgoh that is effected by this bug.
hopefully we can get an answer or patch quickly from CG then
@EA_HighCommand please can you reply. We've tried your first suggestions, and it does seem only to effect swgoh not other games
