hi, yes they appeared in my mail and I clicked dismiss however I haven’t received these in game. And I can garuntee this because I bought them solely for my darth maul as he needed gear. Once I purchased this I was still missing the gear. I promise you I haven’t receive these gear pieces. Nothing is on my game ready to apply to maul. And it proves this because in game it still states I had 2 purchases left meaning they didn’t get put on my account. Please fix this and add the gear to my account so I can gear up my maul to gear12.
Here are screenshots in game of me not having the gear and you can check your servers I haven’t applied this gear either. I’m not trying to mug you guys off I just didn’t receive any of the gear pieces from the 3 purchased bundles. See screenshots of a few gear pieces I should have recieved. Please check again I am 1million percent sure I have not got the gear I purchased and I have all the screenshots to prove it and you can see with the in game data I haven’t got the gear. Yes it was in my inbox saying dismiss but it’s not available to apply to my heroes and doesn’t show as me having any
Hi, please see all my messages I am still without that heat I purchased either refund me my £60 or give me my gear this is ridiculous now. It said I had it in my mail however I cannot apply this gear to my characters as it shows as 0 please look at all my screenshots and rectify this. I am not lying and I 10000000% didn’t receive my gear!!

But I didn’t!!!! I haven’t applied any of that gear. As you can see by the screenshots I bought the gear for my maul and I still had none to apply. I am telling you now I did not receive it. Your system is wrong please either refund me for all the bundles and forget about it or just give me the gear I paid for!!! This is ridiculous. It’s clear I didn’t receive the gear cause in game it still stated I never purchased the bundles when in the web store it did so there is a bigger issue here. I did not receive the gear to apply to my characters which you can see clearly l. I bought this one which included biotech implants and never recieved them along with every other gear piece I bought. Either refund me for all 3 bundles or give me all the gear I purchased as this is ridiculous now been 3 days without the product I purchased!!!
