I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing this Issue for such a long time.
First of all, I would like to tell you that as soon as it is about a bug and no “usual“ technical Issue, there isn’t much the EA_Customer-Support can do, except to move your Issue forward to the studio. They are also not permitted to grant compensations.
Now to your case: I am sorry that I can’t provide any information to the freezing screen, but to the disappearing Buttons.
This is a known Issue which the studio is already working on.
I don’t know if there will be a compensation, but as this problem has cost multiple players Points I could imagine that there will be a compensation for all players.
But it is most unlikely that you are now receiving a single compensation, as this is affecting more players.
Currently there are many people reporting this problem. I have included one answer I made some days ago, that has officially been accepted by EA as solution:
“[...] The Issue with the “disappearing buttons“ is already known by the studio. The problem is that they need further investigation to understand what has caused this Issue, therefore they have implanted something that helps them to detect the exact problem and then release a second update for the fixes. https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/215083/tentative-title-update-next-week#l... I am sorry that I can’t help you any further, but be aware that they are already working on an update to fix this problem.
