- @EA_Gunner The Studio should maybe Prioritise this issue over other things. Its hurting the Game a lot. More and more people get newer devices... And that means more and more people get more freezes. Pokemon Go and Dragonball adressed the Issue relative fast... you should do the same

Summarize your bug This is a known issue that you people are continuing to not correct for android users... I am sick of freezing up during all aspects of gameplay ... Reporting to the ea health is useless... I get automated responses and no actual help... Once in a while, somebody will chime in and say they actually know that this is an issue... That you are working on... It's been three months... I am losing out in a lot of aspects because you people can't fix this...
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? You already know about the issue...

I'm the user of Honor90. I noticed, that the game starts freezing exactly after reboot. Or after force crush, of when you reboot the app in order to connect to your login
...same on Samsung S23 Ultra...it is freezing since Gungan Update.

Guys, I found a sollution, perhaps it will help those who's running android. I installed "parallel space" application (was installed with the latest update for magicOS for honor 90), and then installed swgoh inside the "paralle space". Now the game runs without freezing, everything's fine, I even checked it after force crush and reboot. It works

What version of "parrale space" did you install and how do i add the game to this app? I am having problem to understand how it works 😅

@Vladichokacheck if Play store in your parallel space, it should be there, log in your account in this store and download app with game. But before downloading you should delete game from you main phone space. This game should be only in parallel space. I did it and it works
- @EA_Gunner Hey! I want to get an answer from a human being, not from a bot! What is actually happening with this issue, what cause the problem? Why we have to wait 4 months already for you to fix it? Why when the problem is bad for you, the problem is fixed immediately,but when the problem is for the players(your money makers) it can be ignored for MONTHS?!?!?!?!?!?! I have spend money for the game and now I'm not able to play it simply because you don't care! I was planning to spend more money in game but unfortunately i can't log in, isn't that bad for you either????
