@EA_LannaThat's funny. After 6+ months of dealing with in game help, they finally sent me a message that the problem is the game not the user. I'll post the pics if needed, but EA/CG is giving free stuff to a portion of the user community and making it harder for a different portion.
@EA_Lanna It says my account is not authorised to access webstoee, also my guildmate is unable to gift me a bundle

Thanks for getting back on this. Some odd stuff happening there. I think this might be a good candidate for the bug report board. The bug report template asks you for more information like your Ally code and details about the issues and there's a team who monitors that board that will see and respond:

Hi @8dbzsunme0xv,
I was going to suggest opening a bug report but something just occurred to me. You said it was already connected to the webstore. Were you able to access the webstore before now then? If not, how do you know it was already connected? What do you see when you follow these steps?
- Open Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes.
- Go into Settings.
Can you share an image of your screen when in the settings menu please?
