We are currently investigating similar reports on our side. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with any compensation. Based on our logs, you collected 626 conquest points.

    Was there an issue with the reward track showing that the max crate had been received even though the number of conquest points was less than 630?

    Cause if I had known I would have had plenty of time to get the extra 4 points needed

    @EA_Gunner All good this might just be the push I need to quit the game so I don't waste any more money. Thanks for the quick reply

    @EA_Gunner as a hint to the team...

    max-gl-event-currency

    is missing in the metadata configuration. wich is causing the bug
