Re: Ineligible for gift?

This may be under investigation, but it is 36 hours since that post, as this is a critical issue for some of us who play the game.  The top of my Fleet Arena has completely changed to the people that were eligible for gifting.  On my account I have bought the Hyperdrive bundle, have bought various packs before, but somehow I am ineligible.

A post 36 hours ago without any form of update or temporary workaround on this issue is really, really bad customer service 

I wouldn't expect much at this state. The weekend is here, and packs will disappear from store after weekend ends. Since I don't expect CG to work over weekend for this issue, we can kiss goodbye to LS bundles.

I was really enjoying the game and trying to be competitive in Fleet, and would have gotten the bundle,  now I am not so sure,  it takes a lot of the fun out of the game for me

Is there any intention to have this fixed before the finalizer/raddus events?

I have noticed that the people in our guild that are ineligible have the lowest gp in the guild. It also seems to be that way from other people's posts. Has anyone else noticed this?
