adding additional screenshots
dont know why this would impact anything, but my guild is currently playing ROTE & this is what's presently happening with the Jedi Cal bonus level.
getting weird run around from in game Help, telling me to post here when they already know i have.last message sounded alot like they don't care about how much this impacts the time & money given to the company that pays them. i do not understand how or why not helping & ignoring benefits them. i will give them another half day to respond, after that i will post screenshots of their responses that are pretty damming & completely take this VERY SPECIFIC ISSUE as wide as humanly possible. AS OF RIGHT NOW THIS IS AN OPEN & SHUT EXAMPLE OF ANOTHER OUTRAGEOUS & BLATANT RIPOFF COMING OUT OF EA WITH NO POSSIBLE BENEFIT OR GAIN TO COME TO EA OR THOSE RESPONSIBLE FOR REMEDIATING THEIR CONSUMER ISSUES.
- ChristophIV2 years agoHero+@mmulc The JKCK event is time limited. It last ran 93 days ago, after a gap of 118 days. The next run hasn't been announced yet.

@ChristophIV thanks for sharing this insight. Even though IN GAME HELP is convinced its a bug, you probably know more than they do.
Nonetheless, if what you're saying is correct, IT IS APPALLING IT IS NOT MENTIONED ANY PLACE OR ANY WHERE. Ive been pumping kyro into JKCK pre reqs and bought a bunch of shard packs specific to "unlocking" his journey not that long ago (way less than 3 months ago)... why would they hide/obscure what you're saying to the point in game help doesn't even know, let alone everyone else chasing like me? if true, knowing this would have COMPLETELY changed everything ive been doing for months. if true, why would they not just put a basic countdown to when it opens again -- "when" is definitely on a some internal CG forecast calendar already. Why place the JKCK "journey" on the same teir as CLS & Chimaera -- no other tier III journey has limitations on availability. if true it is an open & shut case of false advertising & marketing deception... why did EA not learn from the other deception & transparency lawsuits its lost around this game? if true, I ABSOLUTELY FEEL HUSTLED & ANGRY.
@EA_Gunner IS IT TRUE? if so it is hard to think of a more overwhelming example of a ripoff to burn good customers for no good reason other than to burn good customers.
