Why does it keep trying to get me to start a whole new game? It gives no option to sign in my account. Just wants me to start over. Been playing since near day 1. Yall need to fix this. This happens way too many times. I don't want to Uninstall and reinstall again.
I'm having the exact same trouble its happened to me several times I've closed the game and reopened it I've even had to uninstall and reinstall before but it's not working for me this time I've tried deleting the new game guest account it starts with and an option at the start on load up said "have an account" which want year and month if birth but keeps starting a new game
I am having the exact same issue. It is quite frustrating, it appears every there is a new big update, I am unable to play for a few days until it gets debugger.
