Re: "Merciless Massacre" does not apply "Merciless Target" to stealthed enemies

Darth Vaders special "Merciless Massacre" is working as intended. The enemies with Stealth are not resisting or evading the ability, it does not effect the enemies with Stealth as they cannot be targeted.

As you mentioned, Darth Vaders Unique "No Escape" needs to be at level 8 for opponents with Stealth to gain "Merciless Target". This is because Stealth is removed from all enemies as mentioned in the description "Whenever Darth Vader activates Merciless Massacre, dispel Stealth from all enemies.".
