Re: Missing Mk II Guild Event Tokens

In phase 1 ten of us completed the special mission. In phase 2 thirteen of us completed the special mission. We’ve receive zero rewards for either so far. With only a few hours left, I’m now worried we won’t receive the Wat Tambor shards that 17 of us have earned for our guild for completing that special mission. Very frustrating. Also worried about how long it’ll take to get this rectified.

    @TheGauch33 Just to clarify, are you counting the "X completed the special mission" messages, and not relying on the counter in top of the mission? That counter only counts the number of attempts, not the number of successes.

    I am counting the number of people who completed the special mission as outlined in the stats section breakdown of the event. I personally completed my mission in phase 1 for example. Our guild regularly completes those missions. No one has received anything, I’ve asked in the chat.

    @TheGauch33 The stats section breakdown is only counting attempts, not completions. Therefore you may not have had anyone succeed.

    The only way to track is to look for the message that says something like “Player completed the Special Mission”

    @GladOS-013 I don’t know what to say but I can tell you that I absolutely completed my special mission on phase 1. And so did several others. We always do. We are a pretty strong guild. Something is totally wrong.

    @TheGauch33 I don’t know what happened either, but it’s obvious from your description that you were looking at the wrong thing.

    I’ve been told that verifying logs for these completions is very time consuming, so QA support probably wants to make sure you actually missed something (as opposed to assuming the counter is the number of completions) before they put in that much work.

    @GladOS-013 Well I can guarantee that many of us completed the special missions but we did not receive any rewards.
