PC client freezes in GAC

Hi, my PC client has frozen in the exact same way each of the last two GAC rounds. I can enter the grand arena, but the game hangs the moment I try to select a zone. This happens no matter which zone I select in both my own and my opponents zone. I have not noticed any other issue with gaming via the PC client (now or ever). I was able to access the game mode via mobile, but then what is the point of this app? I will try to report the bug, just wondering if anyone else has encountered and solved the issue somehow.
