In order to get raid rewards, you have to either join the raid during the join period, or post a score after the raid becomes open for combat. Additionally, after the raid is defeated, there is a 60 minute period to allow players who are in combat to finish their battles and post scores.
It looks like you didn't initiate combat until phase 4. Since you paused your combat for an extended time, it appears the raid was defeated and the 60 minute timer also completed. At that time, the raid looks at all the damage done, ranks players accordingly, and sends out rewards. At that point, you had neither joined the raid nor done damage, so you received no rewards.
In the future, I recommend against setting the device aside for an extended period of time during a raid, or at least joining during the join period to ensure you get some rewards.
