Missing rewards from hstr

Joined raid and was able to participate in p4 using nightsister w/ assaj lead.  Assaj, talzin, zombie, daka, talia Had nihilus down to 70% health but then had to minimize game. Came back to it an h...

    @Webbulus Hi thanks for the report!

    In order to get raid rewards, you have to either join the raid during the join period, or post a score after the raid becomes open for combat. Additionally, after the raid is defeated, there is a 60 minute period to allow players who are in combat to finish their battles and post scores.

    It looks like you didn't initiate combat until phase 4. Since you paused your combat for an extended time, it appears the raid was defeated and the 60 minute timer also completed. At that time, the raid looks at all the damage done, ranks players accordingly, and sends out rewards. At that point, you had neither joined the raid nor done damage, so you received no rewards.

    In the future, I recommend against setting the device aside for an extended period of time during a raid, or at least joining during the join period to ensure you get some rewards.

@GladOS-013 I hope that checkmark doesn't mean this is resolved. You can't initiate combat unless you join the raid. The fact that I joined the raid, at the very least, means I get rewards for posting 0 damage.

    @Webbulus That is incorrect. If the damage period started and you had not joined during the guilds previous Join Period (usually 24 hours), you will not receive rewards until you post a score. You are allowed to start attacking - the join for raids is not like joining a GA or TW. To join a raid means the game posts a 0 score for you instead of "-".  

    Before the join period existed, a lot of guild instituted a manual 24 Hour hold period where they let guild members post a score of 0 to ensure they would get rewards. The join period is a huge improvement to that.

    So again - please join the raid before the 48 hour attack window opens, or post a score (even 0) before rewards are generated. Those are the only ways to receive a reward.
