Re: Missing rewards from multiple events (SLKR Ultimate & Boss Nass marquee)

I also got an error and no Boss Nass tokens for the first part of the event. That means I can not activate the character and continue the event. I tried to report the error through the in-game help, but was told they are just customer support and can not change what happened.
