Unable to Complete Purchases via Web Store (Payment Error)

Hello,

I am able to make purchases using regular currency from the in-game store without any issues. However, I am unable to complete purchases through the web store.

There are no problems with the KESSEL ROUTE rewards on the web store; that section works correctly. I am also able to claim free packages and calendar rewards from the web store without any issues. As shown in the image I shared, I receive an error at the payment step.

I can successfully make purchases using the same card in the in-game store. However, the same card does not work on the web store. I have also tried other cards, but none of them work for web purchases either.

All the cards I use are fully authorized for international online transactions and are actively used for such purchases.

Could you please assist me with this issue?
