Hi, I have followed the steps but I am still encountering the same issue where it takes a long time to connect or do anything.
it’s all up to date and I have the same issue whether I am connected to wifi or cellular

Community ManagerOk, so your issue isn't the same as the other reports. You're able to see the EA Connect button and don't encounter the error messages displayed in the Webstore Error Guide? I'll move your posts into their own thread to limit mixing up issues together.
Have you tried any troubleshooting aside from changing up the connection type? What make and model are you playing SWGOH from?
